Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain the overall Test Strategy and Test Plan Coordinate testing activities across multiple business units and stakeholders Create and manage test scenarios, test scripts, traceability matrices, and test documentation Establish and administer JIRA-based test and defect management processes Lead Solution Validation, Data Validation, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Manage defect triage, prioritization, remediation tracking, and retesting activities Produce test dashboards, progress reports, and readiness updates for programme governance Define test entry and exit criteria and support formal sign-off processes Coordinate business testers and manage test schedules and execution plans Support Go-Live readiness assessments and testing-related governance activities Collaborate with programme workstream leads to ensure timely issue resolution What We Offer: Opportunity to work on a large-scale ERP transformation programme Working model: 90% remote + 10% onsite in Dublin International project environment with multiple stakeholders High level of ownership and autonomy Long-term project opportunities with potential extension Collaborative and professional team focused on successful programme delivery Kogo poszukujemy?
