Czym będziesz się zajmować? Project We are looking for anIT Project Manager to join a technology team responsible for improving the engineering experience around controls compliance and technology standards. You will Plan, mobilise and direct the project from definition through to closure Manage the end-to-end delivery of the application enhancement and rollout initiative Balance project scope, schedule, budget, risks, resources, outcomes and expected benefits Work closely with Delivery Managers and Product Owners to ensure alignment with the wider change portfolio Collaborate with internal technology customers to understand their needs and translate them into actionable project requirements Work with development teams to establish a feasible delivery plan and coordinate implementation activities Manage stakeholder expectations across regions and maintain a clear global perspective Support the rollout and adoption of the new application across 1,000+ teams Monitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and drive appropriate actions Ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle Apply appropriate project management methodologies and best practices to deliver successful outcomes Kogo poszukujemy? Must have 7+ years of experience in IT project management , ideally in enterprise technology environments Proven experience managing projects from initiation through to delivery and closure Excellent understanding of project management methodologies and best practices Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum Good understanding of the software delivery lifecycle Experience working with software development and delivery teams Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to work effectively across regions and with globally distributed teams Experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and dependencies Strong understanding of how change drives benefits for customers and other stakeholders Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities Fluent English and Polish Nice to have Experience with software inventory or software asset management initiatives Experience with software agent rollout and adoption Background in software delivery or software development lifecycle projects Familiarity with technology controls, compliance or engineering standards Experience working in large-scale enterprise transformation programmes Czego wymagamy? 7 lat doświadczenia na podobnym stanowisku Znajomości: Agile Scrum Języki: Polski Angielski Jakie warunki i benefity otrzymasz? 21.8k–25.2k PLN netto/m (B2B) 15k–18k PLN brutto/m (Umowa o pracę) B2B - Elastyczne godziny pracy (100%) Praca zdalna: Hybrydowo Szkolenia wewnętrzne Pakiet medyczny, Ubezpieczenie, Pakiet sportowy Kawa / Herbata Parking rowerowy Pakiet relokacyjny Kim jesteśmy?
