Leading and structuring Discovery phases, turning business needs into a clear understanding of scope, requirements, assumptions, risks and solution directions Defining the business analysis approach for each project by selecting appropriate methods Planning, preparing and facilitating workshops and discovery sessions with business stakeholders, SMEs, UX/UI Designers, Architects and engineering teams Translating business needs into structured requirements, user flows, business rules, process models and preliminary backlog items Identifying and validating key unknowns, assumptions, dependencies and risks early in the project Analysing the current state and defining the desired future state and potential solution direction Coordinating collaboration between business and technology stakeholders Co-creating project scope, delivery plans and roadmaps Supporting estimation and delivery planning Communicating findings, recommendations and decisions to business and technical audiences, including senior stakeholders Using AI-assisted tools to accelerate analytical activities while critically validating generated outputs Fully remote, short-term project with an estimated duration of approximately 3 months Kogo poszukujemy?
