Leading and actively participating in the Discovery phase, including facilitating workshops with stakeholders Working across the entire design process — from initial concepts and requirements through to implementation Designing complex user journeys with multiple entry points and dependencies across teams and stakeholders Creating both quick interactive mockups and complex, high-fidelity prototypes Working within a mature, complex Design System and assessing when existing patterns should be used or when custom solutions are required Using UX metrics and data to identify problems, validate assumptions, and support design decisions Collaborating closely with Product Managers, Analysts, Developers, and other stakeholders Proactively identifying improvements and proposing effective solutions Presenting and confidently defending design decisions Kogo poszukujemy?
