Mexican CVs include a professional photo, date of birth, nationality, and often civil status in the "datos personales" header. Reverse-chronological. Lead with an "objetivo profesional" naming the role you're targeting. English proficiency is the single biggest differentiator for corporate roles in CDMX, Monterrey, and Guadalajara — list it on the CEFR scale or with TOEFL/IELTS scores if you have them. Mention your RFC (tax ID) only on application forms, never on the public CV. Bilingual CVs (Spanish primary, English secondary) are common for Fortune 500 maquiladora and shared-services roles in Monterrey and Querétaro. Public-sector and academic roles often request a more detailed 2-page CV; private-sector wants one page.
