Job Description

Position Summary: The Vehicle Programs and Services division is responsible for the development, implementation, and operations of the National Motor Vehicle Title Information System (NMVTIS) Consumer Access Provider (CAP) and Junk, Salvage, Insurance (JSI) programs. The Program Manager will lead the strategic planning, roadmap development, and execution of the NMVTIS CAP and JSI programs. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring a leader who can develop comprehen
