Quality Control Inspector 2 - 1st Shift - $25 20 HR

Job Description

Work Flexibility: Onsite Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:00 am - 2:30 pm What You Will Do Perform visual and dimensional inspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection equipment. Interpret blueprints, specifications, and inspection instructions to verify product quality. Conduct material, component, and First Article Inspections (FAI), including basic statistical analysis. Review and process Device History Records (DHRs) to ensure compliance with GMP and GDP requirements. Complete ERP system transactions related to inspections, quality documentation, and material dispositions. Identify, document, and process nonconforming materials, including initiating Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs). Support quality objectives and team performance metrics while working to production forecasts and schedules. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and special projects to enhance inspection processes.
