About the Role 岗位名称：专员，财务分析及预算管理 岗位职责： 1、协助分公司财务部负责人组织全面预算编制及审核、费用管控工作。 2、负责费用申请的日常审核以及预算执行的监控分析和反馈。 3、参与分公司业务及运营内部的资源配置方案设计、过程管理及执行追踪，对方案可行性及执行结果进行评估。 4、负责指导及监控下级机构的预算安排和资源配置工作。 5、协助分公司达成效益目标，加强费用管控，推动实施费用优化举措，降低成本。 6、负责开展分支公司的盈利分析和财务考核及相关数据分析。 7、编写分公司总体经营分析报告和经营滚动预测报告，并提出经营管理建议。 8、负责提供绩效考核相关财务指标（KPI），辅助管理层完成对分公司各部门和各下属分支机构的考核。 9、负责跟踪分公司及下属分支机构得重点经营项目并形成专项分析报告。 10、负责提供分公司其他部门所需要的非精算类的财务统计分析数据。 岗位要求： 1、大学本科及以上学历，税务、财务、金融、保险等相关专业。 2、具备7-8年财务岗位工作经验，其中3年以上金融行业财务管理工作经验。 3、熟识财务、税务、金融、保险等相关专业知识。 4、了解保险公司经营特点，熟悉保险行业监管规定。 5、熟练掌握会计核算相关知识。 6、具有较强的领导能力，能够代领所在工作组完成日常工作。 7、能对事物的发展趋势及隐含问题有足够的预见性和洞察力。 8、能够对其所掌握的知识、流程或工具提出战略性的建议或做出调整。 9、具有优秀的英语书写和沟通能力。 10、考取注册会计师、高级会计师等以上专业技术职称为佳。 Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
