The Strategic Workforce Planning Lead at TEMENOS will drive the development and implementation of strategic workforce plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and future needs. This role is pivotal in optimizing our human capital to support company growth and innovation. Job Responsibilities: \* Lead the end-to-end strategic workforce planning process, including data collection, analysis, forecasting, and scenario planning. \* Conduct thorough business requirements analysis to understand current and future workforce needs across all departments. \* Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new workforce planning initiatives. \* Collaborate with Compensation and Benefits teams to align workforce plans with reward strategies and ensure competitive positioning. \* Ensure all workforce planning activities adhere to Compliance and Regulatory Principles. \* Oversee Data Collection and Analysis - within HR, leveraging various data sources to identify trends and inform strategic decisions. \* Manage and maintain robust Data Management - Human Resources systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity. \* Work closely with Employee Relations to understand workforce dynamics and address potential challenges. \* Maintains the Relationship with key stakeholders across the organization, including senior leadership, HR business partners, and department heads. \* Demonstrate strong Planning and Organizing skills to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively. \* Deliver compelling presentations to communicate workforce insights, recommendations, and plans to diverse audiences. \* Drive Resourcing and Workforce Planning initiatives, including talent acquisition, retention, and development strategies. \* Contribute to overall Strategic Planning by providing expert advice on human capital implications and opportunities. \* Utilize and optimize Systems and Tools - Human Resources to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of workforce planning processes. \* Communicate complex information clearly and concisely through strong Verbal Communications. Job Qualifications: \* Demonstrated Adaptive Mindset, capable of thriving in a fast-paced and evolving environment. \* Proven experience in Business Requirements Analysis within a large organization. \* Extensive background in Change Management principles and application. \* Solid understanding of Compensation and Benefits structures and their impact on workforce planning. \* In-depth knowledge of Compliance and Regulatory Principles related to HR and employment. \* Expertise in Data Collection and Analysis - specifically within an HR context. \* Strong proficiency in Data Management - Human Resources, including HRIS systems. \* Experience in addressing Employee Relations matters. \* A track record of effectively Maintaining Relationships with senior stakeholders. \* Exceptional Planning and Organizing skills. \* Highly developed Presentation Skills, with the ability to influence and persuade. \* Significant experience in Resourcing and Workforce Planning at a strategic level. \* Proven ability to contribute to and shape Strategic Planning initiatives. \* Proficiency in various Systems and Tools - Human Resources. \* Excellent Verbal Communications skills, both written and oral.
