Job Title: Tax accountant Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Tax accountant to support our finance teamwith filing tax documents. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative roles within afinance or tax department and will be responsible for the efficient preparation, organization, andfiling of tax documents. This position ensures that all tax filings are accurate and submitted in atimely manner. Key Responsibilities:• Document Preparation: Assist in preparing and organizing tax documents, including gathering necessary financial data and supporting documentation.• Filing: Ensure timely and accurate filing of all tax documents, meeting all deadlines.• Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all tax-related documents and correspondences.• Data Entry: Input financial data accurately into tax software and spreadsheets.• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations by staying informed about current tax requirements.• Support Tax Audits: Provide administrative support during tax audits, including gathering and organizing necessary documentation.• Coordinate with Team: Work closely with the finance and tax teams to gather necessary information for tax filings. Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred, fresh graduates are welcome.• Basic understanding of tax regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines.• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
