Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world! Responsibilities: ================= Manage Supply chain planning. Develop Monthly, Weekly and daily planning to align demand forecast with manufacturing capacities of the site, Suppliers & Job Workers. Manage procurement of Plastics resins, Packaging materials, bought out components, consumables and indirect materials. Develop strategic supplier relationships Optimise Inventory levels ensuring inventory levels while ensuring high service levels. Monitor inventory projections and implement actions to achieve targeted stock levels and working capital goals. Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, issuance, and dispatch of materials with FIFO/FEFO compliance, optimal space utilization, full material traceability, with high accuracy. Identify supply chain risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential disruptions. Be SAP Key user for MRP, Production planning and related activities for Adas. Ensure accurate master data, inventory transactions, and planning parameters in SAP systems. Provide analysis on customer service level, coverage of inventories and other SCM –specific Provide analysis on customer service level, coverage of inventories and other SCM –specific topics Qualifications: =============== Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Science, commerce, Operations, or related field. MBA / PG Diploma in Supply Chain Management preferred. 10–15 years of manufacturing supply chain experience. Experience in plastics, FMCG, consumer products, injection moulding, or packaging industries preferred. Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
