Independently plan, organize, and host English AMAs, online events, and community interactions, taking full responsibility for event execution and post-event reviews. Develop and implement social media and community growth plans to increase account exposure, user base, engagement, and retention. Plan and publish Turkish content, including event teasers, brand content, trending topics, and community engagement content. Respond to user inquiries promptly, maintain community order and atmosphere, collect user feedback, and handle emergencies. Track overseas market trends, industry hot topics, and competitor activities, and continuously optimize social media and community operation strategies. Collaborate with marketing, branding, and business teams to advance overseas market campaigns and user operations. Job Requirements At least 1 year of experience in Turkish social media, Turkish community operations, or a related field. Turkish can be used as a working language, with strong spoken and written Turkish and communication skills. Experience in cryptocurrency, blockchain, or Web3 is required; exchange experience is preferred. Ability to independently plan, organize, and host Turkish-language AMAs or online events. Familiar with the operating rules and content formats of overseas platforms such as Telegram, Discord, and Instagram. Experience in social media content planning, community growth, user engagement, and event operations. Proactive, with strong execution, responsibility, and the ability to handle unexpected issues. Able to work remotely and accommodate the working hours required for the role.
