About the Position: This position is located at Munson Army Heath Clinic, Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service. Non-Federal work experience may be creditable for leave purposes. This is an open continuous announcement; We accept applications on an ongoing basis. Major Duties: - Serve as chief of a community mental health clinic with administrative and supervisory responsibilities. - Responsible for oversight of clinic and meeting requests of Deputy Commander. - Maintain administrative responsibility over mental health staff with sections in psychology and social work services. - Provide outpatient services to include assessment, diagnosis and treatment. - Assign work to subordinates based on priorities, difficulty of assignments, and the capabilities of employees.
