Czym będziesz się zajmować? Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex Workday initiatives, including new module implementations, system enhancements, and integrations Act as the primary liaison between HR business stakeholders, technology teams, and external Workday vendors Architect and support advanced Workday configurations, custom reports, calculated fields, and integrations (EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors) Troubleshoot and resolve complex Workday functional and technical issues as an escalation point Analyze existing HR processes within Workday and recommend optimization solutions Provide business analysis and project management support for HR technology programs Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to Workday changes, data security, and compliance Hybrid working model (up to 2 days working at home per week) Kogo poszukujemy?
