Without riders, Peddler cannot be active and successful. We are currently expanding to multiple cities and need to provide our large and motivated group of cyclists with working shifts in each of these locations. As a Planner, you will help us achieve this! ** Your Role:** This role involves coordinating and organising the schedules for Couriers in various cities. You'll use forecasts that will be provided by our Operations team to plan when and where riders are needed, and adjust schedules if some riders are unavailable. You'll also communicate with HR regarding your needs, the riders’ attendance and other HR-related matters. Additionally, you'll stay in close contact with the Rider Controller, providing updates on the status of the riders and ensuring that there are enough riders to meet daily delivery targets. Furthermore, when challenges arise, you'll collaborate with the recruitment team to meet scheduling requirements. Overall, your responsibilities include weekly scheduling and daily management to ensure smooth and efficient delivery operations - so this role is pretty communicative.
