Czym będziesz się zajmować? YOU WILL Lead requirements gathering through workshops, interviews, stakeholder discussions, and process observation Analyse and document business requirements, user stories, and requirements catalogues Analyse customer journeys, business processes, and product functionality to identify gaps and recommend improvements Work closely with Programme and Project Managers to ensure project delivery is aligned with the wider change portfolio and strategy. Cooperate with Solution Architects and IT teams to support technical analysis and solution definition. Translate business requirements and user stories into solution designs together with business and technology teams. Support projects throughout the full lifecycle – from requirements gathering and analysis through design, testing, implementation, and deployment Coordinate and track testing activities and outcomes Support implementation and business readiness, including training, RACI definition, and adoption activities Manage relationships with stakeholders and senior management across different markets and business areas Support project governance, ensuring decisions and changes are properly documented and communicated Provide leadership within projects, helping set expectations and monitor delivery progress Kogo poszukujemy? MUST HAVE Strong experience working as a Business Analyst within complex change or transformation projects Hands-on experience with requirements elicitation and documentation Experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder interviews Ability to create and manage business requirements and user stories Experience analysing business processes, customer journeys or product functionality Experience working across the full project lifecycle , from requirements gathering through implementation and deployment Experience working closely with both business and technology teams Ability to translate business needs into requirements that can be used by technical teams Experience supporting solution design, testing, and implementation Strong stakeholder management skills , including experience working with senior stakeholders Very good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively across multiple teams, markets, and business areas NICE TO HAVE Experience working within Data Change Management, data transformation, or data-related programmes Experience supporting business readiness, adoption, and training Knowledge of RACI and change governance frameworks Experience working closely with Solution Architects Czego wymagamy?
