This is a fully remote role working 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST). ### Key responsibilities Chase overdue invoices by phone and email, firmly and politely Manage the debtor ledger and aged debt reporting Agree payment plans and escalate where needed Reconcile customer accounts and resolve disputes Support cash flow forecasting with accurate collection data ### What you'll need Proven credit control or collections experience Confidence handling payment conversations over the phone Familiarity with accounting software such as Xero, Sage or QuickBooks Clear written and spoken English A reliable home internet connection and quiet workspace ### What's on offer A salary of R25,000 – R29,000 per month, fully remote work, UK business hours, and a supportive finance team.
