Czym będziesz się zajmować? Key responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions for new and existing applications and systems architecture. Lead technical analysis, coding, testing, debugging, and delivery of robust software outcomes. Apply security-conscious development practices and ensure cross-platform compatibility. Build integrations between AI services, structured data sources, and enterprise platform components. Mentor team members and promote engineering best practices and continuous improvement. Work arrangement: Hybrid role in Wrocław with at least three days per week in the office. Ability to join the team no later than 1 October 2026 is required. Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Strong software development experience with Python for scalable backend services, integrations, and data-driven applications. Strong SQL skills for working with structured enterprise data. Experience building and integrating APIs, services, or platform components, including data pipelines, transformation, and validation. Experience delivering or integrating AI and ML-enabled solutions in production or near-production environments. Clear communication and collaboration skills across engineering, product, and client-facing teams. Preferred qualifications: Master's degree in financial markets, mathematics, computer science, or a related specialized field. Experience in fintech, capital markets, or regulated technology environments. Familiarity with emerging AI technologies for enterprise software platforms.
