Plain white or off-white background, no shadows on the face or background.

• ✓Full face, front view, eyes open, neutral expression or natural smile.
• ✓Head centred in the frame, full head from top of hair to bottom of chin visible.
• ✓No glasses, no head coverings except for religious or medical reasons.
• ✓Taken within the last 6 months, in color, without digital alteration.
