Job Description: This job is responsible for providing technical knowledge and support for modification, implementation, or conversion of business systems. Key responsibilities include supporting the process of translating business needs into formal business requirement deliverables. Job expectations include acting as liaison between the business unit, technical resources, vendors, and clients and participating in design, development and implementation of complex applications or systems, often using new technologies. LOB Job Description: Responsible for acting as the primary interface to med/high revenue clients. Responsibility includes leading, directing, and coordinating the implementation of highly complex treasury, cash management, card and/or depository products and services. Provide relationship management, servicing, and technical assistance to internal business partners/vendors to ensure a timely and smooth implementation process. Key Responsibilities: Provide a consultative approach to client through implementation; Facilitate internal and external client calls to work through implementation requests utilizing project management and technical skills; Troubleshoot, research, and respond to internal client team requests; Engage key stakeholders throughout the implementation process. Business Specific Job Description: Member of the Lockbox Fulfillment team that is responsible for setting up and maintaining lockbox accounts. Currently we have about 20,000 lockboxes, which represents an estimate of 8,000 clients. Responsibilities: Build trust and confidence with clients and ensure the bank effectively delivers excellent client experience during technically complex implementations Works closely with business partners to define strategies for technical solutions, determines requirements, and develops functional designs based on the analysis of line of business needs, objectives and existing systems infrastructure Drives and participates in design, development and implementation of large and complex enterprise-wide applications, often using new technologies Works closely with developers and testers to ensure requirements and functional designs are translated accurately into working technical designs, including testing plans and scripts that serve customer needs Oversee the delivery and execution of the project in line with agreed delivery timelines, driving the participants for the Bank to realize new revenue at the earliest opportunity, and meeting client expectations LOB Responsibilities: Will work directly with customers to validate their receivables needs and implement lockbox products to match their requirements. Most interaction will be through phone and email so communication must be precise, timely, and professional. Clients and internal partners must be kept current on status. Need to collaborate closely with many internal partners (Treasury, Fulfillment, Product, Servicing, Technology, Operations, Programming, CashPro Connect, etc.) to complete the requests end to end. Host and conduct sessions with the customer and/or vendors over the phone, Webex, or in-person, attend weekly project meetings, and provide status on progress of activities and deliverables. Clients are typically not assigned but could be. Work queues averages 25-35 requests simultaneously and request currently funnel through 3 different channels (GFS, OBA and ICON). LOB Required Qualifications: Lockbox or Receivables knowledge/experience. Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously, with competing deadlines and customer demands. 2-3 years’ Client servicing and consulting skills. Self-managed and self-learner. Perform technical analysis and problem-solving. Demonstrated knowledge of PC, telecommunication and internet methodologies, and Microsoft office products, (i.e. Excel, MSWord, Outlook, etc.). Strong communication skills for various audiences, including Executive level. Act with sense of urgency / execute flawlessly and timely.
