Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Strategy Intern to support market and policy research, enhance team efficiency, and expand analytical capacity. The intern will conduct industry, competitive, technology, and policy research, track key market trends, and synthesize insights into executive-ready reports and presentations. Responsibilities also include supporting strategic projects, maintaining research databases, coordinating cross-functional information gathering, and leveraging AI tools to improve team productivity and knowledge management. Requirements: Strong analytical and research skills; proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and AI productivity tools; excellent written and verbal communication in Chinese and English; self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. Background in Business, Economics, Public Policy, Engineering, or related fields preferred. Interest in semiconductors, AI, automotive, or industrial technology is a plus.
