Czym będziesz się zajmować? Key responsibilities: Design, develop and implement solutions across applications, architecture and infrastructure. Review requirements and business processes, translating them into tested, maintainable code. Assess technology and market trends and inform technology decisions. Collaborate globally on architecture, database design, development and testing. Mentor teammates and promote continuous improvement and best practices. Work model and rewards: Hybrid role in Poland with at least three office days weekly, subject to change. Annual gross base pay: PLN 169,000–330,000, plus potential bonus and equity. Kogo poszukujemy? Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. At least 8 years in software engineering, including design, development, testing and implementation of complex solutions. Ability to modify software across platforms for compatibility, performance and security. Strong understanding of systems architecture, application infrastructure and software development lifecycle. Clear communication and experience in collaborative, cross-functional environments. Preferred qualifications: Advanced degree or specialization in financial markets, finance, mathematics or a related discipline. Professional certifications in specialist technology disciplines. Experience with global teams or enterprise-scale systems in regulated industries.
